Chili Beans

1 pound ground beef
2 links Italian sausage
1 large onion
1 large green pepper
1 clove garlic
1 28 oz. can tomatoes, crushed
1 29 oz. can tomato puree
3 20 oz. cans red kidney beans
1 tablespoon oregano
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 pinch rosemary
1 pinch basil, sweet
1 can mushroom pieces
1 cup celery, finely chopped
Tobasco sause, to taste

Brown ground beef and sausage. Drain excess grease. Add onion, green pepper, celery (if used) and garlic. Place in crock pot or Dutch oven. Add tomato puree, crushed tomatoes, drained red kidney beans and all other ingredients, except chili powder. When mixture begins to simmer, add chili powder to taste.
